during my recent stay, I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff as well as the clean, comfortable rooms, making it a cozy spot to return to after a day of exploring the nearby Old Town, which was less than a 15-minute walk away, and the lovely park views at Faro Marina that added charm to my city strolls.

Clean and comfortable accommodations with excellent staff.

I woke up multiple times each night due to loud hammering and drilling, making it incredibly difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Additionally, I could hear other guests moving around and talking clearly, which added to the overall lack of tranquility in the hotel.

Charming hotel with great service

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast offered a delightful selection of delicious options like fresh pastries, fruit, and a hot breakfast that fueled our mornings.

However, the parking situation was less than ideal, which meant we needed to navigate the surrounding area to find a spot. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit hit-or-miss during our stay, which was a minor inconvenience.

Perfect for a short stay with great hospitality

I stayed for one night and found the staff incredibly welcoming, especially the lady at reception who provided a helpful map and recommendations for exploring Faro. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk to the town center, making it easy to get around. While my room was clean and comfortable, the only drawback I noticed was that the Wi-Fi could be improved, as it was quite unreliable during my stay.

Additionally, a huge safety oversight in the bathroom, lacking grab bars!!! The shower setup is definitely not designed for a comfortable exit, leading to potential slipping hazards!!! A mirror and seat for cosmetics would be nice too!!!

I had a pleasant stay, the room was clean and comfortable with great bedding, but there was noisy barking from nearby dogs at night. I’d come back again.

I used this place as my base for a four-night stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety. The location made it easy to walk into town and explore. I appreciated the convenience of the nearby roads for parking, though they were a bit narrow. Being a single American traveler, I found the experience really enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at best western! After visiting the city before, this stay exceeded my expectations during the nightlife. The hotel had clean rooms, a lovely view, and the staff were always available and helpful.

I stayed for 1 night in a King Room, and it was decent. The bed was comfy and supportive, which was great for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean, but it could use a bit more lighting. The breakfast spread was okay, but the coffee could be better. Overall, it was a cozy spot for a short stay, and the staff were really nice and helpful.
